I believe that we all have what we need to heal ourselves it’s about calming the chatter and your body, and mind to be able to access it.

I’m here to be an intuitive guide to help you on your journey.This is what I do! I create and facilitate spaces, tools in a way that brings calm, peace, joy and love. Allowing you to feel safe to release what no longer serves you, helping bring you back into alignment.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are submerged in a “bath” of sound waves created by ancient and modern sound healing instruments.The vibrations and sounds produced “tune” your body and mind back to a state of equilibrium. 

The sound bath begins with a short-guided meditation and the sounds guide you on a journey of self-discovery and inward exploration that promotes deep relaxation and peace.

You’ll be immersed in the combined healing sounds, frequencies, and vibrations of the pure  quartz crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and more. You will discover the healing power of sound to completely relax, leaving you looking and feeling refreshed, clear minded and peaceful.

During the sound bath you will relax in a comfortable position lying on your back. 

For best results, allow yourself to relax, stay present and immerse yourself in the healing sounds and vibrations as they cascade through you. Come with a open heart and open mind.
